Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During new product launches, limited drops, sales periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information for your order.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Estimated delivery times are:

International Shipping
At this time, Kickin Back does not offer international shipping.
We currently ship exclusively within Australia.
Limited Drops & Product Releases
Many Kickin Back products are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
During product launches and high-demand releases, order processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Kickin Back is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.
