Return & Refund Policy

At Kickin Back, all purchases are considered final.

Due to the limited nature of our product drops and the fact that many items will not be restocked, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or buyer preference.

Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you believe your item has arrived faulty, damaged, or does not meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, please email us at sales@kickinback.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the issue and respond as soon as possible. Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
